Joyeaux Noel!

Christmas Card 2007:

This year has been quite the whirlwind. I think I counted 12 trips (driving &/or flying) that we took this year!

We went from dating to a betrothal to actually tying the knot!

Oh and did I mention we drove about 4 days to get to the other side of the United States to a small town known as Louisville (Kentucky).

We hopped on the bandwagon otherwise known as the American Dream. We went out, got jobs, and have been budgeting to become responsible adults. Here and there we've played a time or two, but mostly we're trying to work hard now so that we can enjoy the ride later?

Lyle and I work full time jobs. We attend social job and church events. We enjoy a good workout at the gym and TRY to eat healthily. We play guitar hero every so often, and we get REAL crazy and watch one of the million movies we have, but have NEVER seen on a Saturday night.

Life has been good to us. We are blessed. 2008 will be another busy one with life-changing events. Lyle has gotten into dental school at NYU so we will most likely move to Manhattan, NY in May. He will participate in a research program over the summer and then begin the 4 year program of dental school in August. I will hopefully get a decent job and start applying to masters programs so that I can get back into school as well. We will enjoy every day of the sun beating down on us so that we can keep it with us in the cold dreary New York winters (especially me). We will still miss our friends, and we will still miss our family, but we will make new friends and more memories together. We're grateful for all we have in our life and for wonderful friends and family who love us.
