Dentist Day at the Downs

Lyle was lucky enough to attend a Dental Event (since he works for a Dental Lab) at Churchill Downs (where the Kentucky Derby is held each year). It was a rainy day, but he enjoyed it.

Statue of Jockeys

There are decorated horse statues like this one ALL OVER TOWN. They are owned by businesses, put on their property, and decorated according to their business or in any creative fashion they desire. It's fun to drive down the road and to see a new one you haven't noticed before. I think they are a sponsorship type thing.
