just a Saturday jog

I was scheduled last minute to work at the Kids Club down at our new Battery Park location in downtown Manhattan. It was just manning the desk for a the morning and making sure the place didn't burn to the ground. This meant a relaxing morning behind the desk (without even having to answer phones...booya). My view behind the desk. Not bad.

Since I was down there, I brought my gym bag so that I could hit it on the way home. After I was down there, however, I changed my mind. I decided on a jog along the water. It was an unexpected treat to say the least. The office doesn't face the water, but it's in a building on the water. So I took I jogged about 20 seconds and I was there. First we have the little dock of boats.

Then it's a beautiful skyline with people out sailing.

You know my fetish with old light posts. The light posts around new york all all old and very classic.

I think this is the museum of financial history?The bull...it's quite popular and busy down there on the weekends. People were EVERYWHERE...the good weather helped.
Just in case you didn't know what the bull looked like.
Anyway, that was my jog. I felt funny taking a camera with me along the way, but it was an easy way to play tourist, see the sites, and get my exercise! I cannot wait to keep jogging around these cool sites!
