Lunch out on the town

Here is where I spend some of my quick lunches.
Here I am at the table. Here is my view forward. Here is my view upward. Can you guess where I am?
The flatiron building. This is where I spend lunches sometimes...just a mere 1 minute walk from my job...15 minute walk from our apartment. It is so fun to see this building. Its a symbol of our neighborhood and I enjoy seeing it everyday.

On another note. I made pizza from scratch last Sunday which was a first. I chose the CPK version of bbq chicken. Probably the only thing I would change would be to make the first pizza and toss the rest of the dough or make some sort of dessert pizza instead of making the full two pizzas out of the recipe. You can't half it since it calls for one pack of active dry yeast, it's just that I'd hate to waste the flour, so if anyone has any ideas of how to make a yummy dessert pizza with normal crust let me know. Here's where I got the recipe. Oh, and Lyle LOVED it! Another plus.

I'd say...looks super yummy to me too! I'm going to have to try that pizza recipe one of these days very soon! Remember our cooking class we took at BYU? Ah, I loved that class!

Well... 1 Package = 1 Tablespoon of yeast. So, you could *try* to half it. (I don't use the pre-measured kind of yeast, though.)

Or you could try making bread sticks with the other half and saving some of them for later???

Looks so yummy! Nice job!

oldie but goodie
