Well, mama decker came into town and you know what THAT means! It means I finally got input and help with all my projects for the apartment! Here is the final project of re-upholstering our dining room chairs.
The funny thing is that the chairs had already been re-upholstered one time. This had to have happened in the early/late 80's. I think the original chairs/table are from the 60's/70's. I think these will last me another 10 years and I can re-upholster them at least one more time when I get over this design.

Yes, this is a lantern with a greenery fern inside. I'm going out on a limb (ha) and trying something experimental. 
Ha...we got these 50% off (booya)...in hopes that Lyle will finally be motivated to finish picking out our wedding pics. It's my bad too - we can never find the time to get this DID!
After mom came and left I was VERY TIRED, but I am SO glad she came. I finally feel like my home is put together. It was nice to have a change of pace too. Mom THANK YOU!

Ciara- I LOVE your end table. It is super super cute! I love it. Also, nice coffee table. I need to come see everything!
